Richard Laskey has been painting since 1992 and his works hang in prestigious corporate and private collections around the world.
The power of the ocean has been a constant source of energy and inspiration in Richard's Expressive Impressionistic work. Primarily self taught, he is constantly experimenting with color and light in translating the power of the image onto the canvas.
Richard has been a member of the Seacoast Artist Association, Newburyport Art Association and the American Society of Marine Artists.
He is also a sculptor and photographer.
